Big Country Electric Cooperative, OCI Solar Power, Mortenson Construction, Richardson’s True Value Hardware, Pendergraft Farms, and Paint Creek Water Supply Cooperation were honored December 18, 2015 by the district leaders for their outstanding support of the students and school in Paint Creek ISD.
“We are grateful for the generosity of each of these businesses and their commitment to help make a real difference for our kids and community,” said Rick Moeller, district superintendent. This year these community leaders provided generous contributions toward various organizations, scholarships and donated services, which made a significant difference for our district.
“Our students, parents, and teachers directly benefit from companies such as these that are willing to stand up for public schools, not just in words but in their actions. We applaud these community partners for their participation and hope that this will continue to be a strong relationship in years to come,” he said.
The district serves 137 students at one campus and employs 30 people.
