2014-2015 Homecoming Queen Nominees

The 2014-2015 Stamford High School Homecoming Queen nominees were selected by the Senior class and the winner was selected by the student body      

-Brittany Pété, daughter of Dana Pété, will be escorted by Glenn Snow. Her school activities include: Cheerleading 4 years, Cross Country 4 years, Basketball 4 years, Track 1 year, Tennis 2 years, Student Council 4 years, NHS 3 years. Brittany has received several honors while at SHS: Regionals in Tennis in 2014, Advanced to State in FCCLA in 2012. She is also the 2014 Student Council President. Brittany has helped her community by assisting the American Heart Association in spreading knowledge of cardiac symptoms and Student Council Canned food drive. After graduation Brittany plans to attend UCLA in the fall and major in Pre-Law.

-Madisyn Letz, daughter of Casey and Emery Letz, will be escorted by her father Casey Letz. Her activities throughout high school are: Cheerleading 2 years, Cross Country 4 years, Track 1 year, Basketball 4 years, Softball 4 years, UIL 2 years, FFA 3 years, One Act Play 3 years, NHS 2 years, PALS 1 year. Madisyn has received several honors as a student at SHS: Advanced to State in FFA in Public Relations her junior year & One Act Play Area Qualifier. Madisyn has contributed to her community by: assisting the American Heart Association in spreading knowledge throughout school, St. John's food drive and canned food drive for student council. After graduating from SHS, Madisyn plans to attend Texas Tech University in the fall.

-Haley Mueller, the daughter of Jeanie Mueller and Scott Mueller of Saginaw, will be escorted by her brother, Brandon Urich. Her activities throughout high school are: Cross Country 4 years, Basketball 4 years, Softball 4 years, FFA 3 years, FCCLA 1 year, PALS 1 year, Student Council 1 year, Track 1 year, Junior Nursing Volunteer Program 2 years. Haley has contributed to her community through Relay for Life and Run for Reel. After graduation, Haley plans to attend Midwestern State University to major in nursing.

-Maley Villanueva, daughter of Max and Millie Villanueva, will be escorted by her father Max Villanueva. Her school activities include: Cheerleading 3 years, Basketball 3 years, Softball 4 years, UIL, NHS 3 years, One Act Play, Student Council. Maley is also the 2014 Student Council Treasurer. Maley has helped her community by participating in the student council food drive, the Blood Drive, DRV Golf Tournament, helping in the church nursery and the Community Christmas Meal. After graduation, Maley plans to attend Midwestern State University and pursue a career in Dentistry.

-Allie Perez, daughter of Benito E. Perez Sr. and Joanne S. Ochoa, will be escorted by her father Benito E. Perez Sr. Throughout high school, Allie has been involved in: Cross Country 4 years, Track 4 years, One Act Play 3 years, Student Council 4 years, NHS 2 years, UIL Poetry 1 year, UIL Pros 1 year, PALS 1 year. Allie has received several honors while at SHS: Regional qualifier in Track, One Act Play Area Qualifier, UIL Poetry Regional Qualifier. Allie has contributed to her community by helping at the Heart of God’s Church. Upon graduating, Allie plans to attend Texas State University and pursue her dream in becoming a doctor.

The winner will be crowned at Friday night's Homecoming game by the 2013-2014 Homecoming Queen, Kayele Wilhelm, and high school principal Casey Stone.
